I'm selling the Boat for £99.950 mooring is £440 for month and included the water, other services are billed separated Wide Beam Cruiser Boat Blue 60ft 2005 Mooring near by Hampton Court Riva Bella is a 60ft Wide Beam boat. British Build Liverpool Boats(Length 18.40, Beam 3.10) She has been used as a live aboard and is on a residential mooring on Ash Island (KT8 9AN) just above Molesey Lock on The River Thames. Access to the mooring is by a pedestrian footbridge or by dinghy. Ash Island is a quiet wooded place which is well maintained and managed by the owner. The boat is situated on the south of the island which benefit from all day sun light. The boat has a well built landing stage and has access to a small garden with a table and bench. Hampton Court Railway Station is 10 minutes walk from the boat. The boat has all paper work of maintenance throughout the year since built in 2005 All certificates including Environment Agency are present .
