On Feb 6th the wife had lost her battle to a kidney and heart failure. So now that she has passed away I have decided to list it for sale. This is a custom built. This is great for Raystown lake! I took a 28' sun tracker party hut, stripped it all way down to bare frame, re decked it , new flooring, and framed it up with aluminum and built a 8x20 cabin area house on it. It has a 2005  90 hp 4 stroke Mercury 4 stroke engine on it, very efficient on gas. It has fresh water hold tank, port a potty bathroom, kitchen sink, dinette, LP gas stove, 110v refridge and wired 110 volt and has a generator. Has 3 cameras for navigation aid. The roof can also be used to fish off or sun bath. Has a ladder to access the roof. I have way over 20K in construction of this boat plus putting a 2005 Merc 90 hp 4 stroke engine on it vs the 70 hp 2 stroker that was on it. trailer is also included.
