I believe this to be quite common on this model so decided to replace, this was a very time consuming job but looks a lot better because of it.No rips or marks on any of the cushions and are in excellent conditionWorking sink in main cabin with mixer tap (Hot Water).Brand New Jabsco toilet fitted August 2016.Sink and shower basin facility in the toilet.I removed the fridge and cooker to give more room so we could go away for longer periods.(As seen by space in the worktop).Everything works as it should with 12v as well as shore supply if staying overnight(All Connecting leads included).ExteriorAll cleats are in good condition no leaks in the boat and watertight.Hull in good condition only place i can comment on is the rear port side of the boat, as shown in photo it had been rubbing on a fender on the mooring.(Shown in photo)Not shown is the full tent and cover for the boat the last photo is a example of it( all in very good condition with the full tent cover not used)ConclusionA very large boat for a near 25ft boat plenty of headroom for the taller person and enough space for a family.I have priced this at a very good price compared to other boats of the same model so before i get people asking about price, this is the price.The price advertised is for the boat only if you would like the trailer it will be a additional 2k onto of the boat advertised, if you can find a trailer I'm willing to sell on privately as i already have a buyer who's offered 2k for it.If you want the trailer I'm willing to sell for the same price,  it took me a while to find a double axle trailer in this condition.All bolts were regressed recently, brakes all work including handbrake.The trailer tows great and to be honest i get the boat craned out normally and put on the trailer to tow to my compound.Any Inspection welcome I'm free till Saturday evening then away till next weekend.Message me if you would like a chat about the boat and i will give my number out.
