She's 32' with extra 2' with bow spit (but never mentioned it in marinas )there is a bathing platform being made which will fold up which will give her another 2' extra and will be sold with the boat. She is 10' beam and 5'3"draft.she comes with a full cockpit cover (which was new 9months ago)a new sail cover with lazy jacks (new 6 months ago )hot and cold pressurised water in galley and heads. Toilet has just had a brand new complete hand pump change. There's a new plastemo off shore compass just been fitted.
Engine is a 28hp beta with approximately 300 running hrs.

She sails like a dream. One bad point is the rubbing strip. That does need replacing as you can see by pics. I have priced it up and would cost £ 250. So I'm pricing boat according. I'm not desperate to sell but I'm thinking of buying a boat in Spain once I've sold her to live on but no rush. So please no silly bids.
I'm more than happy to take you out for a sea trail for a genuine buyer at a cost which would be deducted from final price. I have to do it this way as you get to many day trippers looking to take advantage.
