4-berth, well-maintained, 1983 JCA Marine built Swift 18 De Luxe with original (unpainted) cream-finish GRP hull, complete with new (Kemp - for 2012 season) little-used genoa and full top-battened, loose-footed mainsail, Sea Teach assymetric and Kemp classic spinnakers, the latter with spinny pole, good Yamaha 2-stroke 4hp outboard in central inboard well, with charging lead and remote tank in stern locker.Standard fractional rigging with additional baby-stay; mast also has spinny crane fitted and Windex: standard guardrails and safety netting, lazyjacks and blue stackpack mainsail cover. On-deck organisers lead control lines aft to jammers (4 per side) and there is a new (2015) genny-car adjuster on either side deck. Stainless steel pulpit (new 2004) and pushpit, Plastimo Contest bulkhead compass, and stainless steel boarding ladder on transom.New (2004) little-used 4kg Oceane (spade) anchor with 3.8 m. chain and 15.5 m. warp; 2kg Bruce (claw) kedge, 7 fenders, 1 V- (bow) fender and pickup buoy.
