1969 Alcan 370. Original owner of hull 88. Professionally maintained for many years. In superior condition. Repainted bottom, hull and cabin in 2015. Twin 165h.p. Volvos with counter-rotating outdrives, 10ft rib dinghy, 18.h.p. Nissan and trailer. 6.5kw Onan generator, 2,000W inverter to run Apt. size refrigerator and freezer and duplex outlets. New (unused) Raynav plotter and depth sounder, all items for live-aboard comfort included. Just bring your toothbrush. Too many other additions to list, both interior and exterior. Never in salt water. Has only been out of the harbour once since 2008 due to illness. Used as a cottage on the water.
