Pru was built as a holiday rental in 1987 by Anderson boats. She is a 50' cruiser stern with a 3 pot lister in great running order and has had a recent service. The back deck is sound proofed checker plate aluminium. There is a new solar panel and controller fitted. 2 new last year leisure batteries and 1 starter battery. Walk in through the rear door you have the living area with a wood burner then the kitchen with a full sized cooker. Next you have a double berth then the bathroom with pump out toilet wash basin and a shower bath. The hot water is heated by gas which also heats up radiators in the boat. It is stored in a calorifier under the double berth. The water tank is the bow of the boat which would normally be the gas locker it's a big tank so plenty if baths before refilling. After the bathroom at the front of the boat is 2 single berths that convert to a 6x4 double. Then the front deck with one piece steel seating and good drainage. The hull had a new base plate and over plated sides in 2015 and was blacked then. There is a survey from around the same time and you are welcome to have your own survey conducted There is a current boat safety scheme certification which expires in 2019. New cushions and mattresses have been fitted to the boat as of yesterday
