** Project Boat **1970's 4 Berth Dawncraft 22ft. Currently lifted out the water. This is a lovely boat, but needs some Love & TLC. Selling due to lack of time to invest working on the hull. She is sound, just needs all the rubbing strakes replaced, sanding, painting, anti-fouling.2012 Mariner 9.9HP Outboard - Serviced and Fitted 2016New Fenders & Warps - 2016New Canopy 2015She has all working fixtures, with heads on the starboard side, with a porta-potti - there is a working Flavel Gas Stove in a tidy Galley, with sink and manual cold water pump. Accommodation is split with Bow V-twin berth and double berth from converted couch on Starboard side. Her BSC has expired, but I doubt she will have any issues.Buyer removes the boat at own cost from the Yard, which has easy access by road. Crane on site, but can you pay to lift if required.Happy to arrange a viewing, but looking for quick sale.
