Birchwood 22ft boat called Fairfields, has a 1.6 L Volvo Penta inboard engine, very reliable had work done on (eg. electronic ignition new marine alternater ) BSS certificate expires on the 3 of March 2018 . I have all the relevent documentation for Fairfields.Is currently moored at Wyre piddle near Evesham on the Avon with this seasons river licence. Fairfields does need external work doing to her as you can tell from the photo's . I have owned her for 5 years she sleeps 4 comfortably and a brave man under the awning (which does extend to a bed). Has a chemical toilet gas hobs and grill,sink with running water and a12v heater.Having to sell because of extented family arrivals. Asking price is £4000 hence the work that needs doing and am open to offers not to far off the asking. 07989742841
