you are looking at a completely original Kawasaki X2 Jet SkiVery rare and hard to find, in completely original condition.I bought this speculatively 2 years ago having seen it in a warehouse packed away and asked whether the guy wanted to get rid of it. He said he hadn't run it for 8 years or so, but it did work perfectly when they put it in dry store.always liking a challenge, i took it home with me.changed the fuel, stuck a battery on it and it turned over nicely. having cleaned the carb out it purred like a dream.we took it out that summer and it was great fun, but i haven't had time to use it since. everything worked as it should.I've just got it our of the garage and it started straight away. I haven't run for long obviously as it's not in water, just attached the hose to start it.this really won't take much to put it on water.it is very rare, and is all original, from the seat to the foot grips, you can see this machine hasn't done much work.it could do with a service, new spark plugs etcthe battery is dead, as i hadn't had a trickle charger on it, so you'll need a new batterythe rubber fastener around the battery needs to be replaced. i had a light strap on it which was fine.the engine bay is water tight, but the right hand clip has a hairline crack and i can see it has had a previous repair.this model isn't fitted with a kill cord, but i bought one after we took it out, and because we never took it out again i never fitted it, but i'll include this.collection only from Colchester. I paid £150 for them and they are rare as rocking horse ****, so will want £150 for the pontoons.
