Telephone 01673885278 Length overall 35 feetBeam 10 feet 2 inchDrafr 3 feet 6 inchEngine 85 b.h.p LancingFord dieselBuiltby Sussex Shipbuilding Company at Shoreham, Sussex in 1950The craft is a single screw wood construction, round bilge (mahogany), carval built cruiser with raking stem, transom stern, flushdeck (teak) with the forward coachroof and wheelhouse and after cabin incorporating seating converting to bed.An extensive structural survey was carried out on this vessel by Earnest C Wilson, Naval Architect and surveyor in 1991 who valued the craft at 27K at that time and although this report was undertaken 26 years ago the report states that the boat is still in as new condition.the boat does has many features and the owner will discuss these with the serious buyer or meet at the private boat club near conningsby lincolnshire.The mooring is not available but the buyer has several weeks to arrange removal (with prior agreement) which is the sole resonsibility of the buyer.Please note these photographs were taken last summer and the boat is ready for a good wash down and clean hence this is reflected in the asking price. cash sale only.
