Cozy boat in good working order. Heating via Diesel Stove which is gravity fed via a separate diesel tank which also heats the hot water.  Powered by new Beta Marine engine 43 HP, which is more than what is needed but can be useful in tricky situations and also heats the water calorifier.  43' is a nice size as you can turnout around in most canals without having to go a lock.  The fit out is to a high standard in Oak & Teak.  In the bedroom there is a new double mattress which divides to make space, there is under bed storage and 2 cupboards and high shelf. The bathroom has a cassette toilet (no smells) a shower and sink. The kitchen has a 12 v fridge, a good diesel stove, sink and cupboards.  The lounge area has fitted shelves, an oak floor and more cupboards. It would be easy to remove one of the corner units and install a wood burner if required.  Electrics are 12v and a solar panel keeps 3 leisure batteries topped up. There are 2 opening swan hatches in the engine room and also one in the Kitchen.  The Boat safety Certificate expires in August 2019, it is due for blacking during the summer. The hull was surveyed 2 years ago and found to be in excellent condition, it was blacked at the same time.
