My much loved Quayline Q16. She is a 1992 boat, in excellent condition. My family and I have had a lot of fun on this little boat, but a recent change of job means I have no spare time for the foreseeable future and it seems a shame to just leave her tied up unused. She is powered by a Yamaha 9.9hp four stroke outboard which is electric start. I put new plugs in it a couple of weeks back. She has had a new battery ( Bosch ) last year.Onboard is an Alpine cd radio which plays through Kenwood speakers. Above this is a brand new distribution switch panel. She has a little compass by the helm position and a fire extinguisher by the other seat. The back part of the cockpit can be configured in a few ways , I've taken some photos to show. The table is removable, and I had some removable cushions made to turn the whole area into a sun deck for my little one.The front cabin also has removable cushions to form a V berth in which two people can sleep comfortably. It also has a large hatch for airflow or escape in an emergency. The cushions are currently in my garage after being taken off the boat for the winter. I've photographed them so you can see. The two long ones are back rests that go along the pockets under the windows.Just before I changed jobs I began to replace the headlining inside the cabin, stripping some out. This needs finishing and then new headlining sticking up . I have managed to match the headlining material and a 25 metre roll of this will be included in the sale ( shown in the photo ) The boat is completely useable as she is, if you wanted to wait until winter to do the headlining it wouldn't stop your enjoyment of the boat over the summer.I have made new bulkhead panels and had them trimmed in carpet , this was a fiddly job cutting them to size but they are all done.I made new door panels and varnished them a little while back, so the interior cabin can be made secure when you leave the boat. The rest of the interior woodwork was also varnished last year.I also cut a new piece of waterproof carpet for the cockpit last year. There is a little sink under the passengers seat and a small spirit stove underneath the helm seat. Both are shown in the photos. She is lying on the Thames at Teddington, SW London. Please do come and have a look at her.She has no boat safety certificate as she is moored below Teddington lock. She has had one in the past when she lived upriver, I will try and find it for the purchaser. I wouldn't have thought it would be too difficult to get one again. There is no trailer included in the sale, you will need to bring your own.If you have any questions, please give me a call during office hours on 0208 977 9978.The purchaser will need to bring cash when they come to collect.EDIT : just been going through the old paperwork , and for those who have asked, she weighs 500kg ( without engine ) add on probably another 50kg for the engine.
