2001 Hunter Landau 20 Walkaround2001 Hunter Landau 20 Walkaround fitted with 2010 Mariner F40 Fourstroke Outboard engine. This is a very rare Walkaroud model which benefits from a recessed bullwalk around the foredeck of the vessel, this makes for a very safe boat when compared to the standard Landau 20 model.It still benefits from the large open plan and spacious cabin, incorporating the forward toilet cubicle with cassette toilet. 2 large side berths and lots of undercover storage.On deck there is a semi open helm, with the original Landau canvas pack providing sun, rain and spray cover yet still providing the ability to remove this completly on those really nice days and enjoying the large open cockpit space.The Landau hull is extremely stable at rest and when underway, it also produces a very low wash when traveling at displacement speeds.The Mariner F40 was supplied and fitted to this boat in 2010 and has been serviced each year since.Overall condition is good, however 'Sulia' could now benefit from a little TLC and this has been reflected in the asking price, which is competitive and priced to sell.If you would like further details, or to arrange viewing please call Paul Johnson on 02392 4619668.
