Welcome to the sale of 1/5th shares in our much loved yacht. Due to a change in work commitments we can no longer spend as much time sailing. She is based in Lefkas the Ionian Islands, said to be the safest waters in the med, lots of islands & destinations in easy reach. When not in use she is left with a gardiennage for safe keeping. The boat is well maintained, just undergone a full engine overhaul, 2 leisure batteries new 2016, engine battery 2015, solar power & shore power hook up. Brand new 2017 dinghy + outboard Honda four. Boat in the yard now, to be antifouled before launch mid May.Six berth: 2 in fore cabin. 2 in aft cabin. 2 in saloon (seats convert) 3 lockers + shelves & stowage .Galley has cooker with 2 burners +grill +oven + a large fridge.Twin sinks , Pots pans plates cups glasses knives & forks all on board.Hot & cold water. Head : jabasco toilet, Hot Shower, locker.Safety features :6 life jackets adult + 2 childrens, Nets all around the deck, 1 horseshoe, flares, VHF, 3 fire extinguishers , Depth & speed log ,compass, Tiller pilot ,Swim ladder, 6 fenders ,CQR anchor forward with electric windlass 30mts chain, Danforth anchor aft 30mts chain + 2 spare anchors & chain in forward stowage. Full set of tools in outside locker(not power).Boom Tent + enclosure under Bimini. Charts for the Ionian & pilot book. LED LIGHTS IN ALL CABINS. Sailing season May to 2nd week of October, giving each share holder up to six weeks sailing a year, This is a new Syndicate so most dates are available, so please inform me of dates you would like asap. Running costs expected to be £50 a month per share to be used on maintenance / yard charges etc .
