DescriptionsLayoutCABINThe interior of the Viking 215 offers accommodation for four easily with a minimum headroom of 5'10''. The cabin is laid out with a V bed forward with an infill to make this into a good sized double berth. To port aft of this the dinette is located with forward and aft facing seats which feature extendable sections to make this a double berth or to seat four around the table. Opposite and to starboard is the galley with storage beneath the worktops. The sink and hob is a combined unit with a flush fitting fold down glass cover. Aft of the galley the toilet room has a cassette flush toilet, shower and foldaway sink.COCKPITThe cockpit features the helm to starboard with steering via a cable to the outboard, single lever engine controls and ancillary switches. A single pedestal helm seat is to port with further seating aft in an "L" shape design. Access to the port deck is via a step following removal of the base cushion and to starboard by a step beneath which the gas locker is located. The feature of this small and versatile craft is its transom access via the bathing platform giving easy unobstructed access from shore side to the boat.EXTERIORThe Viking 215 is fully hand moulded featuring a gel coat exterior strengthened by chopped strand matt. All exterior fittings are in stainless steel and the boat has side decks of approximately 6" in width, sturdy handrails are located on the cabin top and the bow is surrounded by a stainless steel pulpitOPTIONSThe Hi Line specification of a Viking includes; Oven and grill, hot and cold water, shower and fold down sink,cassette flush toilet and antifouling. It is to purchasers choice to order a Hi Line or the standard craft which retails at £4000 less without these features. All craft built by Viking Mouldings can be fitted with further options customising each boat to individual tastes including such items as cabin heating, bow thruster, sea toilet, radio CD player.
