Dinette layout with drop down table forming double berth, plus saloon pilot berth and two singles in forecabin; so four/five berth configuration.
Separate heads.
Saloon galley with portable gas hob, stainless steel sink and cold pumped water supply. (Water tank below pilot berth - other berths contain locker space).
Forecabin anchor chain locker. Transom mounted rudder/tiller.
Roller furling genoa plus original forestay available and some old jibs and genoas. Spinnaker but no pole.
Sail No 9 so guessing at about 1975 vintage.
Fitted mainsail and spare. Slab reefing to main. Running rigging replaced 2016.
Comes with steering compass and a few fenders, boat hook, hook on bathing ladder etc plus inflatable four seat tender with outboard bracket and lightweight fold-up paddles (I forgot to fit the second thwart when taking the photo).
Outboard bracket fitted to the yacht. Comes with Evinrude longshaft 5hp outboard with external fuel can and hose.
Currently on foreshore in Langstone (Portsmouth) with 2017 harbour dues paid up. (For the avoidance of doubt this is not a sale with a mooring - but the Langstone Harbour Board dues to use the harbour are paid for the year). Sits nicely on bilge keels drawing about 2'8" so great for sailing in estuary and tidal conditions.

Needs some tidying up in saloon but otherwise ready to sail. Apologies for the sideways pictures which Ebay picture manager munched up despite rotating correctly in file and some wide angle lens distortion.
