Unfinished project. Would make a great work/fishing/pleasure boat. Currently being used as a garden ornament! (She wants flowers and shrubs there for some unknown reason). Forward cabin, sink, stove and bunk area are all moulded fibreglass. Motor bearers, cockpit timbers and floor been removed due to rot in timbers. Has rounded cruiser stern. Stern gland, rudder gland, rudder shaft and boot are all Stainless Steel. No motor, shaft or prop. Am told it can be converted to outboard. Gel coat has been taken off below water level. Access to boat location (Bundeena) is near gate but will need to be put on a trailer or hiab, precision backing is a must. Needs to be gone by 29 April.
