Irwin 32.5 center cockpit sailboat with a rear birth cabin with queen bed.         This boat is ready to go now. There is NO long list of things that need to be fixed before she sails. She has some cosmetic imperfections, but all of the systems on the boat are operational and healthy and have been maintained well.     A Deposit of 10% of the final bid is required within 24 hours of winning the auction. If the deposit is not recieved within 24 hours, the boat will be relisted. Full payment is to be made within 7 days of winning the auction.  The boat must be moved from its current slip before May 1st, or the new owner may choose to sign a new contract with the marina and continue to pay month to month for the boat to stay in the slip she is in now. The slip in which the boat is currently located, rents for $289 per month in Panama City FL. The price includes un-metered electricity and water.
