23' Banhams broads Sailing Cruiser. Structurally very good needs varnishing internally. Traditionallifting roof with canvass sides which are stained and will need to be replaced. Gunter rig with a good clean suit of sails, and good rigging. 3hp Force outboard and bracket. Fenders. Presently out of the water at Greenway Marine Loddon. Veiwing recommended. Please note the buyer will be responsible for either removing the boat from its present location or having her launched by the boat yard. I have all the relevant paperwork regarding ownership, broads registration etc. Please no more time wasters, serious enquiries only
