2. transom repairs: damaged wood replacement, removal of old parts, new timber install: 20-30hrs
3. boat hull - below water line: clean up, fix warm damage (depending on size of damage - i will know once i open it, around 30hrs), prep and anitfoul:20hrs, other repairs: probably around 15-25hrs
4. topsides (above waterline and below gunwale): old paint removal, seal, (rotten timber replacement: 30-40hrs.) seal, 3 x paint with timber preserver, epoxy putty, sanding,sanding primer 1 x, sanding, 2pac spray paint 2 x. (around 50hrs)
5. gunwale: buy timber, removal of old, fix old timber, installation of new gunwale, - 30-40hrs
6. deck: depending on what you want to do (new teak decking is around 150 hrs, seal and paint existing around 30hrs
7. boat inside paint: 30-40 hrs
8. new deck in cockpit: 20 hrs
9. roof: old roof removal, new roof install, etc: 30hrs
Without teak decking so far around 300hrs of work, maybe 30-40 more.Repairs to bottom part of boat will take approximately additional 80-100hrs which we didn't know on the beginning.
Once we fix everything below waterline we can start working on topsides, gunwale, deck, roof, cockpit area, interior, engine, electrics, etc.
When she arrived I wasn't happy about the hull - some spots, but as far as I've seen it now, it's not that bad. She needs lots of love and work but overall condition is really good.
