Well sort after make, Seafarer are up there with the best, regarded as great seaworthy boats.
Saying that, time and neglect has seen this one end up in a sad state, needing a good clean up & general maintenance to get it back into to shape. A great winter project/investment, with a little time/effort and an opportunity to set it up the way YOU want.Hull has been painted at some stage, and a poor job at that, is probably its biggest let down, i'd say it was cheap acrylic auto paint used, as its worn badly & flaking, but, all depends on how fussy you are. I would personally refresh with a new paint job, and all new fittings, accessories etc. Floor/transom are fine, good sized cabin area with hatch access to anchor. Large underfloor tank, twin battery setup etc.
It will need new steering cable/helm, no front seats are fitted. general cosmetic refresh etc. Be prepared to outlay time & dollars in this project, if you can't then don't waste your time or mine by bidding. Trailer is a dunbier twin axle roller, in exc. condition, no rust. Motor is a 200hp Merc Blackmax, oil injected., runs fine heaps of power to get you back in quickly.
What you see is what you get, no f/finders, radio, fancy rod racks etc.
Price reflects condition, keeping in mind a tidy one of these will generally go for over 10k.
Both boat/trailer, plenty of Vic reg. Bid to buy, not look, if you want to see it prior, contact me.Pick up, Ballarat. 0422309006
