Our boat has the distinction of being a relatively rare professionally built steel hull fitted out to a very high standard (inc mahogany interior) by us over recent years.   Her hull was built in Worcester, England by Roger Apperley of Watercraft, Diglis, Worcester.  There are photographs of the build available on request. 3. We have maintained her well and since her commissioning in 2005 has enjoyed many pleasant times on the River Tamar where she is currently based. 4. She offers great value as a Bermudian rigged auxiliary Ketch of conventional long keel and multi-chine hull form, under the working rig of genoa, mizzensail and mainsail she would carry about 900 sq ft of canvas. 5. The 6 cylinder Perkins diesel auxiliary engine and PRM hydraulically operated gearbox and will deliver up to 120 hp. 6. Internally from forward there is a chain locker, two berth cabin. WC and wash /shower compartment to starboard, spacious locker to port. 7. Seating berths and chart space are to the port side of saloon, dinette and galley area to starboard. 8. A step up leads to the enclosed wheelhouse with controls set to starboard, seating area to port and the engine is under this wheelhouse floor.  A step down from aft end of enclosed wheelhouse leads to the double cabin within stern of vessel, incorporating a second WC and wash compartment set to starboard side. 9. A passageway which incorporates a large single fold down berth, to the port side of the engine room, leads back to this double cabin and the passageway on the starboard side provides a utility and workshop area.  The engine compartment itself is accessed from both these passageways. 10. The keel was repainted in 2016 and small areas of surface rust cleaned back to bare steel and treated with 3 part antifoul system. 11. There are heavy duty aluminium telescopic yacht legs enabling drying out. For her next owner, she is a wonderfully equipped and capable vessel.  Please don't make any silly offers, we would prefer serious enquiries only.  Alphaspray is currently available for viewing at a boat yard in Plymouth.  She is currently out of the water.  Photo index:1.  Alphaspray at anchor2.  Alphaspray under sail3.  Alphaspray alongside4.  An early shot in the marina5.  Completion of hull and outfitting6.  Engine room7.  Prop and hull, taken last week (Apr 17)8.  Bow, taken last week (Apr 17)9.  Wheelhouse10.  Galley11.  Interior (1)12.  Interior (2)
