Bought this in August with the specific intention of getting it ready for the Spring. Well, the spring is here and its still in pretty much the same condition as before! Boat is sound and I have no doubt very good on the water. The trailer bought the boat back from Southampton with no problems. Date of manufacture is approximate. The engine however is non-running, and difficult to turn over (which I think means it has good compression) but it will not turn over with the key. I purchased a recon starter motor and solenoid but not fitted. These will be included in the sale. No other information on the outboard is available as I've not spent much time on it at all. There is a battery you can use for test purposes, but not included in the sale price. It's a quality boat and trailer with potentially an OK engine. If she does not sell then I will sort the boat myself, possibly with a smaller engine. To be honest, I'd rather be sailing my yacht instead - so not giving it away, but want to sell it.
