Vanguard 470 Sail Dinghy, LOA: 15', 42" or 4.70 meter Sailboat - ready to sailThis sailboat is fully rigged, complete with mainsail and jib. The gold anodized mast is tapered for racing. The standing and running rigging is complete. Fiberglass rudder with aluminum rudder housing and 35" plantation teak tiller. It also comes with heavy duty military grade cargo straps for the hiking/safety straps. The vessel has one trapeze wire but another can be affixed to the mast at any time. Bow has a large storage department with a door.The V470 is considered a 2 person centerboard class vessel with a trapeze. It has been an Olympic class boat since 1976. It is very comfortable to sail as a recreational daysailor as well. This boat is really fun to sail!The boat has a newly wired trailer and new winch. The winch can be used to step the mast in minutes single handed.The sailboat must be picked-up within 48 hours after auction close. The buyer will be given a bill of sale.
