"The Quaggy Duck" Leisure 17 4 berth Sailing Yacht with working 6HP Mercury Outboard engine and bilge keel trailer. This has been a fun family boat and has been used lightly up and down the broads and the odd coastal trip for the last 4 years. She comes together with all sails, 6HP Mercury Outboard and Bilge Keel Trailer. However, she is a project boat with lots of faults. She had a bad winter and kept getting caught up on the mooring which has led to bits of her trim getting ripped off and the bowsprite partially tearing off.She has a hole on the top of the deck where the bow sprite was detached and along with the window seals this has let in water which in turn has messed up the internal wood. The tailer is in working order and has just been used to tow her from her mooring to my back garden. It does have some rust and corrosion but nothing structural. The Outboard engine runs well but need a new knob for the twist choke, still works fine though. It will also need a good clean and service and there is a crack to the plastic lifting handle. She has no Broads safety certificate and will need the antifouling paint doing to attain this.As i have said she is a project boat and there are two many scratches and faults to list. I am happy to tow her to her new home for an agreed fee.Viewing is welcomed and recommended.
