Westerly Warwick sail boat..Length 21.5ft beam 7.7ft. Masthead sloop.Main sail.roller reefing genoa and jib plus spinnaker and pole. Bilge keel with new stainless steel keel bolts done by previous owner.Standing headroom .Four berth...Toilet compartment...Very nice condition inside and out.Tide clock.radio.depth gauge...Two burner gimbled gas stove..Large cool box under starboard cabin seat.Heavy duty 4 wheel unbraked trailer...When I got the boat it had a 6hp vire inboard engine that did not run .Engine was taken out .New piston rings and a new carb and points fitted .Engine now runs .Pumps water and selects forward and reverse gears.I decided not to put the engine back in and use an outboard.The Vire engine is included in the sale.....Just add a small outboard and the boat is ready to go....Just had a fresh coat of antifoul.....Any questions please ask..Viewing is welcome and recommended...CASH ON COLLECTION COLLECT IN PERSON.....THANKS FOR LOOKING....
