For Sale : Corribee MK 11 bilge keel "Dream On" was purchased in 2008 and was afloat at Exmouth. She was taken off the water in 2009 for an internal refit and has been in barn storage ever since. The barn is now no longer available so she was taken out last week and sits in a field."Dream On" is a sold as a project boat. She is essentially complete with a good main sail, mast, boom, furling genoa - but requires re-rigging and lanyards etc. replacing. All old rigging and lanyards are still in place to act as a reference. One spreader is broken and requires repair. Internally, she has been stripped and awaiting refit, but has all the internal cushions. She needs a new wooden tiller and the rubbing strakes need replacing - the wooden Iroko strips for this have been purchased, but not fitted, and are supplied with the boat. After coming out of storage she has been pressure washed this week and some of the anti-fouling has come off - so this will need replacing at some point. There is a box of items recovered from the boat, along with items procured but not yet fitted.There is a substantial purpose built trailer which appears to have a good set of tyres (she came out of the barn easily and the trailer appears to be in good order) but the purchaser will need to establish for themselves that the trailer is road worthy after the long period in dry storage. A suitable trailer light board will be required along with suitable webbing straps to secure her to the trailer.The boat needs to be sold as the current storage area is needed - so there is no reserve and the boat must be removed within 10 days of the auction ending.The location is on the northern edge of Salisbury Plain, 10 miles from Devizes.
