30' PEARSON Sailboat, 1973. Sails like a dream!! Meticulously maintained & updated, "WINDWARD" is fully equipped with full battened mainsail, newer Tides Marine mast track for easy hoisting and speedy dousing, 150% Genoa, 2001 Seafurl Roller Furling, Spinnaker with shoot. All lines led aft to the cockpit for ease of single handing. Newer dodger, bimini and mainsail cover. Autohelm Radar tower, depth sounder, VHF, newer stereo MP3 with speakers in cockpit. Inboard Universal Atomic Four gas engine w/electronic start, well maintained and runs like a charm. V-berth with midship head, newer toilet with holding tank.
