2000 Catamaran Cruiser 30' Houseboat with 100 HP Yamaha outboard motor and trailer included. Many upgrades but still needs a generator. I replaced the original one but it ceased in 1 day. I was told it was turn key but that wasn't the case. I had to replace many things such as 2 marine batteries, lights, speakers, screen door, new microwave, welding on trailer and new tires & rims on the trailer. Yet the boat is still missing a generator. I am asking $22,000.00 without the generator. If I put one in the price will go up. The boat runs beautiful on the water. You can stay out for days at a time, its a very enjoyable boat.
