Up for auction is my very much loved relcraft 23.Absolutley brilliant boat and needs for nothing at all! Just a new capitain!I have owned her for about 2 and a half years but I have the "boating bug" and need a bigger boat!LADY M has everything you can think of fitted to her and i have spent a lot of time and money getting her to this standard. Its a 4 berth (two double beds) although i regularly fit 5. The rear canopy folds down for the convertable look! There is a 12v fridge, 4 ring cooker with grill, sink and electric water tap, loads of kitchen cupboards/drawers. Loads of storage under all seats, tv with built in dvd and freeview, AIR BLOWN HEATING! - works off the gas and doesnt use a lot either. Cd player with usb, 1000w inverter with 5 sockets situated all over the boat, vhf radio, fish finder with depth meters, 100w solar pannel (although doesnt seem to be producing anything. Only fitted it december so i may of made a mistake when fitting it and i will look at it before it is sold), brand new curtains, new floor and lino. A 120db "dixie tune" air horns! Very loud!Thereford cassette toilet, sink and tap and cupboardsinside toilet room. Everything works as it should.The boat was taken out of the water in march last year. It was antifouled - see picture, It has a volvo penta 280 sterndrive fitted with was fully serviced and repainted and new bellows fitted. There is a volvo penta aq145 petrol engine which was also totally overhauled - new coil/spark plugs/water filter/refurbed solex carbs/ht leads/all water pipes/fuel pump all new. It sails down the water really well, starts first time and good amount of power ( although i use canal so no need for real speed!) The propeller was also totally refurbished. New Bouys and ropes fitted. BSC is valid untill 2018. There is also a full set of window covers for the winter and the old canopy included.The steering is a bit loose and its always been like that. Previous owners also stated the same but it doesnt really bother me.I will also include the following:2 x mooring pinslife jackets x 3the old solex carbs - these fetch upwards of 150 on ebayold fuel pump - still worksBrand new coilSmaller propellerpenta nose conepenta service manualNow please note this isnt a brand new boat. Its 37 years old so it does show it a bit but it has been very well looked after and so have all the previous owners (who i have met). Its a fantastic cruiser and i just hope it goes to someone who will treat it the same. I have spent over 2k on the boat and i really dont mind for the amount of enjoyment it has given us!!! She is moored on the aire and calder near normanton (wakefield) and does not come with a mooring although there are moorings available. I have no issue with meeting you and showing you round the boat and will take you out on it if required. I would rather you came to look at it before bidding as you will know exactly what your buying.
