68 Foot overall (including the pulpit and the hydraulic swim platform). The beam is 14.5 feet and it is approximately  15.5 feet high from the water line to the top of the radar array.  The draft is only 24 inches on account of a pocket design for the running gear.       It was originally  owned by the Budweiser company and it does have a  bar with a tap system including a keg fridge : - ).    It has been in fresh or brackish water all of its life and all of  the stainless steel is in perfect condition.  No blistering or delamination  is to be found anywhere on the hull or deck. It was originally  purpose built at the factory to full charter boat specifications and commercial upgrades were added to meets or exceed all the USCG  requirements for  an inspected vessel  with a 49 passenger ratingincluding stability tests and blue prints.     It is currently is set up with a centerline queen bed in a  master suite forward which has a private ensuite head including a round Lucite shower..  For guests,  one of the couches in the salon opens to a queen bed for guests. If the need be, an extra stateroom or two can be added without too much effort on either deck.    If the buyers intended use not commercial then its safe and economical diesel engines  and shallow draft will make for a perfect waterway cruiser.  Or its massive wide open space in the salon and on the upper deck will make for a really comfortable home on the water.   Not much imagination needed to see usage for a bed and breakfast  business,  A committee boat, wedding parties at the dock, a club house?? Lots of potential here with minimal investment. Perhaps a waterfront business such as a hair salon or a restaurant with its twin commercial microwave ovens and side by side refrigerators. 
   It has a pair of top running Cummins  twin 420 hp inline 6 cylinder diesels. (3476 hours)  These are the top of the line Diamond series and they'll push her up on a plane in the mid 20's if needed yet  are very economical to run and maintain.  It has a top running 15 kw Westerbeke diesel generator  (5776 hours) which puts out enough juice to run 4 digital air conditioning and heating  systems, 4 commercial refrigerators including a beer keg system.          It is loaded with electronics that include  Autohelm auto pilot with remote. Micrologic controls with remote station, Raymarine Radar, Garmin 3210 chart plotter,  vhf radio, remote searchlight, docking lights, powerful sound system,  2 depth sounders, TNT power lift swim platform with removable dinghy davits and 4 zone ac/heat units with digital thermostats... 50 Inch LED smart HDTV  in salon and 19 inchTV in master suite.  All the electronics, instruments, lights and gages operate correctly.    There are (2)  4 D main starting batteries  (6) group 24 house batteries.. (1) group 24 generator starting battery, (1) group 24 windlass battery and a  60 amp Pro Mariner battery charger .  Three heads each has its own waste  tanks with separate macerator discharge pumps.  To meet the USCG charter boat requirements Stainless steel  raw water intakes, grey water tanks and separate, remote fuel manifolds and cut offs  were added ...  other factory options include retracting electronic console, search light  and seating on the bridge...
   There is one stateroom forward with a centerline queen with an ensuite head and shower. The salon bar  galley area is one large open space continuing on to the slider to the aft deck.  The bridge is covered with a hard top.  It has a wide open design with perimeter seating. There is 3 stairways leading below. 2 to the side decks and 1 aft. The bridge cushions were recovered  and the helm eisenglass enclosure replaced recently.             Top deck is certified to carry  27 persons. total certification is for 49 passengers... 
             The same captain has been operating the vessel for more than 15 years.        This vessel had  been  overly built  from the already high standard of Bluewater Yacht in order to  meet or exceed all USCG requirements for inspected passenger chartering and has always been captain maintained with an open check book.     If your new to the live aboard way of life you may find that sadly houseboats are being turned away from many marinas per rule.  This will not apply to this Bluewater as a hybrid cruiser that offers all the amenities  and space of a houseboat yet is considered a tradition cruising yacht. It would make for some valuable real estate in any major city or tourist areas.    Please call me for a walk through of the vessel or to ask any questions.      She is sitting in the water at Annapolis Maryland where she is scheduled for a haul for new bottom paint on May 9th which is a good opportunity for interested parties to view her completely.
