Aqua Karm is a legendary Out Island 41, one of the most popular sailboats ever built that changed everything. Wildly popular in the Caribbean charter industry as a solid cruiser with spacious live aboard accommodations and shallow draft. Sleeps three couples in separate cabins. Every sailor afloat knows these boats. Mostly original equipment except Honda 3000 generator and the Perkins diesel replaced in 1994. Ready to go now as engine strong, sails and rigging good with bottom cleaned regularly by my diver. Roller furl jib with 2 mast ketch rig and spare sails. This is a walk over model which means aft cabin separate from forward cabins by cockpit. Excellent privacy. Marine a/c and hard dink on davits off the stern. Newer canvas with enclosures for full cockpit cover. New cushions throughout. This boat has been little used for the past 3 years that I have had her and it was purchased from the previous owner of 20 years who sailed her to the Keys and Bahamas and Cuba. She is fully function but needs some updating and minor equipment repairs maybe along with spruce up cleaning and touch up paint topside. I planned on tricking her out but ran out of time and now moving out of the country. Aqua Karma comes with a transferable slip at Treasure Island, FL municipal marina for only $200 per month. Helluva deal for the sailor handyman who wants to update Cinderella with a few wine stains on her gown.
