DESCRIPTION, LAYOUT & ACCOMMODATIONSThe vessel is a 2001 model power catamaran and was designed and constructed for coastal and offshore pleasure cruising.Below deck vessel accommodations (bow to stern): Head with vacuum toilet, sink, separate shower, and storage. Up steps to main center cabin with large bed to port, large hanging lockers, overhead hatches, opening windows, chest of drawers, desk/vanity, and storage to starboard. Passageway with steps leading down to the head forward with vacuum toilet, sink, and shower stall. Aft is a hanging locker and then aft cabin with storage, and two raised berths as well as a door to access the Onan generator and water heater. Up to wheelhouse with complete helm station to starboard, raised settee/berth and to port, an L-shaped dinette area and an aft entertainment center with Sony TV, Yamaha stereo receiver, JVC DVD/VCR, and dish TV unit. Down steps on centerline with steps leading aft to lower main cabin and galley and to port down steps with head with vacuum toilet, and sink, as well as electrical/mechanical room with inveterate, 110 volt transformer, circuit breakers, and air handling systems, and freezer. Galley: refer/freezer, sink, 4-burner LPG stove, microwave oven, trash compactor, oven and storage.CONSTRUCTIONThe vessel hull is constructed of molded fiberglass-reinforced plastic of varying thickness and core. The decks and cabin are of sandwich construction of fiberglass-reinforced plastic with a core. Interior furnishings are uniformly molded of fiberglass-reinforced plastic and or plywood. They are then installed and laminated to the hull. The deck, cabin and cockpit areas utilize similar construction, in that they are laminated and bonded to the hull by overlapping joints. The joints are bonded, sealed and mechanically fastened. Secondary supporting bulkheads, longitudinal supports and cabin furnishings are of plywood and are laminated to the hull along their respective lengths. Through- hulls below the waterline are of bronze construction and equipped with a valve.This vessel cost $1.8 million new. Purchased by current owner for $1.5 million and was motored from New Zealand to Oahu HI.  The boat spent many years at the Waikiki Yacht Club and then was motored to the Pacific Corinthian Yacht Club in Oxnard CA. where it currently resides.  This vessel can handle rough seas and has been used primarily for entertaining, cocktail cruises, fishing, and scuba diving.
