A very solid family sailing yacht  built in the 1983 Great build quality No osmosis as far as i can see Excellent reliable yanmar 20hp diesel inboard engine  (new 2006 cost 6500 pounds at time)  Bilge keel . Can dry out happily  Deep  safe cockpit Spacious 4 birth interior, heads, galley and large family table. Cabin heater . Just antifouled Mast could be re-stepped and launched and sailed straight off. ( might benefit from some attention to slightly tired running rigging and possibly standing rigging in the next few seasons)  In use until came out of water at end of last season Usual nav and masthead lights  ,compass,echo sounder all working . Good but not new sails There is of course scope for some tidying/upgrading. Lack of interest from young daughters prompts sale!  Good 2010 survey -available when you view boat. Survey concludes "in satisfactory structural and mechanical condition with relatively few recommendations necessary and is a tidy example of this model" Like for like replacement value given as 17500 in the survey  Viewing recommended.
