Here we have a 50 ft tug style river cruiser / barge / canal boat, as can be seen from the pictures it is a hull/shell only and it is an unfinished project. The steelworker is about 95% finished, so this would need finishing off and it would need fully fitting out. This was a kit boat and is designed by the Macduff naval architects, full plans are available to help complete the project. The kit cost circa £25,000 a number of years ago, and we understand that a similar amount has been spent on fabrication to bring it to this stage, completed, this would make a fantastic live aboard / houseboat, to purchase something similar in a completed state would be in the region of approx £250,000.
