Fletcher Arrowflash 15 Speedboat 1997Selling because I'm upgrading to a larger boatOwned for last 5 years (bought from MES Marine in Chester) and used on Lake Windermere. Always stored in my garage when not in use - see photoAll photos taken last week (except the one on Windermere, which was taken in 2015)Hull in good condition. Floor solid and carpets in good condition. Seats  in good condition - except small amount of damage to one of the front seats (shown in photo). Full cover and Tonneau cover included. Tonneau cover made and fitted by Fletcher at their factory in Wolverhampton in 2015 - cost £500!

Trailer - original galvanised SBS trailer supplied by Fletcher with the boat - new tyres and wheel bearings last summer.
Outboard - Mercury 90hp oil injection three cylinder two stroke 1997 (Engine is a Mercury, but the cowling was damaged and replaced by a cowling from the  Mariner version of this engine. 35 litre fuel tank included. New spark plugs.Prop damaged and will need to be replaced. I've just tried to start the engine after it was winterised and it will start, but it won't run on. Also, the tilt/trim will move down but not up (the engine ran and the tilt/trim worked before it went into the garage for winter).I'm not mechanically minded and don't have time to take the boat to be serviced before I sell it. As a result of the few issues with the engine I've listed it with a low start price. Please bear in mind that the hull and trailer are in good condition and are worth at least £2500 without the engine, and the engine shouldn't be difficult to sort out.See same (but newer) boat - sold at local dealer recently - http://www.midwayboats.co.uk/usedboats-222.htmlAny questions, please ask. Cash on collection please
On 01-May-17 at 22:34:03 BST, seller added the following information:There have been a number of questions regarding the engine, so I thought I'd make it clear that the engine won't run. I've managed to get it to start, but it only runs for a few seconds before it cuts out. It had oil put in the cylinders before winter - the engine was turned over with the spark plugs removed to eject excess oil out of the cylinders before I attempted to start the engine. I don't know if the carburettor has been fogged. It has had a new starter solenoid recently. I've tried to start it with new fuel. It's had new spark plugs fitted. The battery died over the winter, so it will need a new one. I'm selling this boat with hull and trailer in good condition and an engine that needs work - please make bids based on this information. I've also had a number of people asking for a buy it now price but I'm going to let the auction run to the end.
