She has been a fabulous liveabord for myself and wife + two dogs but we are now living in Spain so have no time to finish her off, about 85% finished just needs some love and attention to bring her back, Some woodworking and engine wiring antifouling and tiding require. Hull is GRP with mahogany and teak above.The last survey was done around 4 years ago with most advisories completed. There is a lot of old surveys and receipts and paperwork showing her history.Viewing as is a must as she has been standing for 18 months the pictures were taken 3 years ago.Please email for more info and to arrange viewings.
