Just re launched after a three year refurbishment, with money no object.The Hull has been polished and re antifouled, A brand new Mercruiser 4.3 MPI Engine and Z drive with new propeller, and full new mercruiser instrumentation fitted by a qualified marine engineer at a cost of £12,000 and only done 20hrs (rising).The cabin and aft cockpit have been completely re fitted in Oak , new wiring, all new lights and batteries, new upholstery, and new carpet throughout, new houdini hatch above the forward large V berth,new Jabsco sea toilet.The layout starting from the bow or to some the pointy end, Anchor with 3m chain and 30M of rope held below deck in the Anchor locker, top deck and sides covered in Permateak synthetic teak look alike material which lasts for years and is maintenance free, good stainless steel railing (original) the wheel house roof is in good original condition and of teak construction, the windows have been refurbished with UPVC surrounds, there is new carpet to the rear cockpit, new helm seat, the dashboard has been re maid in oak, new steering wheel, assembly and cables to the power steering, new black canopy over the cockpit, also fitted with ship to shore radio, compass, electronic depth gauge, CD player.Entrance to the cabin is by means of an oak door, to the immediate starboard / right is a toilet compartment that houses the new Jabsco sea toilet,vanity mirror and towel rail, directly forward that is the Galley with single sink incorporating the twin burner gas hob, electric mains double socket which is connected to the shore power system for the kettle and small oven (unused), forward again is the large V berth which houses an electric coal effect fan heater, wall light and shelving to both sides, there is ample storage locker below the newly upholstered bedding, this berth will hold two adults in comfort and if required a child also.To the port side is a large sofa area with more storage lockers below being an L shape this could be used as an additional bed for an adult or two children depending on age and size, on the rear wall there is also a new double socket (shore power) and light swith, the cabin area has various lights to the roof and walls.Included in the sale are the fenders and mooring ropes,shore power connecting cable.Delivery within the UK can be arranged at additional cost.Viewing is welcome and can be arranged for most times, the Boat is moored in North Shields, Tyne and Wear. 0191 2673111 or 07590 502566.Please no bidders with a score of less than ten without speaking to me on the phone first. no pp
