This boat has features of sloops much larger than it such as: furling jib, adjustable jib sheet fairleeds, Harken sheeves and cleats, halyards run internal of mast. The mainsail has full battens, a Cunningham cringle for a downhaul, outhaul on the boom, boom vang, and reefing cringles. The mainsheet runs through a traveler car along the transom and is held by a Harken cam cleat. The thwarts inside the cockpit have been replaced with new mahogony. rudder is spring loaded break-away, tiller is cedar with an extension arm.
The trailer is made by Little Dude, and the correct configuration of rollers and bunks for this boat. Trailer comes with NYS registration, new tires, new lights, and new jack with roller-wheels. The ball hitch is 1 7/8"The Apollo originally came with self-bailing scuppers in the cockpit, that really hurt your toes when you stubbed them and didn't seem to be needed to deal with any onboard water - so I removed them and filled the voids with 1/2" plywood, fiberglass cloth, polyester resin top and bottom, and painted with Interlux. No hiking straps.
I've out grown "Zephyr" and moved up to a larger keel boat so she is available to give a new owner many exciting rides across the waves.
Local pickup preferred. Possible delivery for agreed upon fee. within 100 miles of Syracuse, NY
