Please contact me with an email address and I can send more photos or provide you with the URL for the album. This is a reluctant sale but I have the offer of buying into a bigger yacht so I'm afraid Soupdragon has to go, hopefully to someone who will look after her. Please feel free to ask any questions. She had a new genoa three years ago and the old one as a spare. The mainsail is quite old but still useable. The engine works fine. The low oil pressure light comes on at low revs when the engine is hot but evidently all YSE8 of this age do this; mine has been like this since I bought in 2005. I removed, checked and cleaned the thermostat last autumn along with changing the impeller just in case. She has two batteries and an electronic splitter which automatically prevents the starter battery going flat by switching the supply off when the voltage drops too low. She needs antifouled and I intend to do this towards the end of May when I have holidays. She can be lent against the wall in the harbour when the tied goes out if a viewing of her undersides is required (as I said she will be out hopefully on 26/27th May) but I will require a small deposit for this. Being built in 1973 her condition is good for a boat of this age.
