Elysian 27' centre cockpit 2-4 berth cruiser on the Norfolk Broads. Full out of the water survey 2 years ago, anti fouled and recent full service. BSS until end 2018 and Norfolk Broads river license paid until next March. New carpets and wall coverings, new canopy last year, full oven, fridge, decks professionally painted 4 years ago. New starter battery last year. Cd,radio fitted, USB station fitted, under unit lighting. Hot and cold water, shower and flush toilet, Eberspacher diesel heating in both front and rear cabins. Shore power with sockets front and rear cabins as well as 12v battery power, it is also fitted with an inverter and a solar panel. Buyer must pay a £500 none returnable deposit, then the balance within a week. It is moored on the Norfolk Broads and will need to be removed from our mooring within 2 weeks of purchase. The boat is advertised elsewhere so could end early.
