Merlin is a 45 foot cruiser stern all steel narrowboat built by Springer Engineering in the 1980s. She is powered by a four cylinder Ford engine. The boat has "reverse layout" configuration". From entering at the rear is the saloon with settee, solid fuel stove and TV in corner unit. Next comes the galley with gas cooker, round stainless steel sink and mixer tap and fridge. Following this is the bathroom with wash basin, hip bath with shower over and Porta Potti toilet. Finally is the large bedroom with full sized double bed across the width of the boat. Doors lead out on to the front well deck. The boat benefits from a rear pram hood and solar panels. The sale will include a new Boat Safety Certificate
