Seamarster 23 cabin cruiser excellent condition for age comes with a 4 year safety certificate the boat has had a extensive refurbishment new carpet new floor in wheelhouse W.C completely tiled with new hand basin with running water porta loo large vanity mirror. in the four berth cabin there's a table on a pedestal that can be removed and replaced with the original long table /double bed base , there's a 2 ring grill oven gas cooker and a 12volt /240volt fridge there are two double 240volt sockets in the cabin plus a double 12volt socket. In the wheelhouse a good size floor area the bench seat could be used as a 5th berth no problem there is a double 240volt socket and more 12volt sockets ,there is also a depth and MPH and distance log, the boat has had two new batteries fitted a new smart charger and a reconditioned starter motor , the canopy is in A1 condition no rips tears or damage anywhere .This boat is ready to go nothing needs doing it , it is currently moored at Lemonroyd Marina Leeds the berth is not part of the sale and the boat must be moved within two weeks unless you make arrangement with the manager or take over the berth but I can not arrange this for you, but there should be no problem.If your bid is the winning bid I would like £150.00 deposit paid within 24hrs and the remainder in cash ,viewing is highly recommended to see for yourself you can contact me through ebay for a appointment.comes with lots of spares ,carpet tiles wall tiles engine filters and moreall rope fenders with socks, anchor, horn, and more and more too many too list .If you want more onfo or photos just ask.Thanks for looking
