This is Daffy. She is the first boat I ever bought and has served me well for several years trolling up and down the river. I'm sad to see her go but my oldest has just started to kayak and so I've had to buy a boat with a bit more stability so I can haul her out of the water when she falls in. Also, I don't have the time to do the work to her she needs. I have tried to be honest in the description but I would recommend viewing before buying. Daffy is approx 10ft by 4.5ft. She has trolled up and down the river with me, my wife and out two young kids for the past few years. She has oars ( see pic) and comes with rowlocks but I have run her on a 56lbs electric motor. The year before last she developed a very slight leak which results in a small amount of water building up in the bottom of the boat. This has never developed into anything serious and we have continued to troll up and down the river on her without any worries. I suspect the leak is fixable without too much trouble. The previous owner cut holes in the buoyancy chambers at the back and front to create storage. See pics. The wooden seats can be bolted in place but I have never bothered to do this as I often took the middle seat out to cart things up the river. She requires a coat of paint and the gunwales need varnishing. With a bit of TLC Daffy will serve you well. She is a light and manoeuvrable boat which is good to row and great on an electric motor. The trailer is roadworthy but needs a bit of TLC as there are patches of rust. One of the tyres is very low on tread. I have tried to capture this in the pics.
