We have loved this boat for 28 years but my husband finally convinced me to get a bigger boat.Oday 23 with retractable keel 2'3" with keel up perfect for shallow approaches and 5'4" with keel down for stability and pointing up when sailing. We have sailed Boston to Salem, Plymouth, Gloucester and regularly the harbor islands. It is a perfect size boat for both a day sailer and to over night on. It sleep 6--double Vberth, double port berth and single stern but is very comfortable for 4. We regularly used it for tuesday night races in Quincy Bay and would often just go down after work during the week and have sandwiches etc out on the harbor. Mainsail is new and we have a 120 jib. The motor is a honda 9.9 4 stroke outboard 2003, that has been annually serviced and regularly fresh water flushed, interior cushions have been recovered and the interior wood work has been redone. Boat is ready to sail and can be seen in Boston MA
