Good condition for 1994. This is ready to sail, in fact 2 of the photos were taken on Tampa Bay 05/07/2017. This is a solid boat with no soft spots in the hull, floor or deck. It can use some cosmetic work such as sanding/painting in a couple of small areas, but nothing structural needed. The sails are in decent usable condition.
