Here's my much loved sailing boat. After 9 years of happy times together I have to let her go to someone who will continue to enjoy her.  Technical details : 
Engine; Yanmar YM 10 inboard engine installed 2005 (regularly serviced), new stainless steel exhaust elbow,  shaft drive, single Morse lever controls. Dual 12v battery. 
Accommodation; 4 berths in 2 cabins, new upholstery and hardwood joinery. 4 berths in 2 cabins (double in fore peak with 2 singles aft). Curtains, new cushions, painted and varnished interior. 1 heads. Galley with twin burner ‘Origo’ alcohol stove, stainless steel sink with cups, plates, cutlery, etc. Rig and sails; anodised aluminium deck-stepped mast,  boom and spars, single spreader, stainless steel standing rigging, 2 winches with rope clutches, furling genoa, single line reefing slab reefing main with sail cover and lazy jacks  stainless steel and plastic cleats. All lines lead back to the cockpit making sailing single-handed very easy. White mainsail and jib with blue UV strip. Cruising chute Safety equipment; whale bilge pump, Danforth anchor with chain in locker, warps, fenders, boat hook,  stainless steel pulpit/pushpit and guard wires. Echo sounder ,Wind indicator  Standard Horizon VHF DSC radio. Raymarine Tiller pilot, compass, Standard Horizon 180i Chartplotter, connected to DSC Radio.Deck hatch, spray hood and dodgers, mushroom vents, tiller steering. Beaching legs, life buoy, boarding ladder, Solar panel, lifting keel with new keel plate, pivot bolt and winch.She behaves beautifully, very easy to handle single-handed as all controls come back to the cockpit.  Engine just serviced, very reliable, has never missed a beat.Can be seen on the hard at Quay Lane Boatyard, Gosport
