QUARTER (25%) SHAREMarlin 5.8m RIB (rigid inflatable boat)125cc Mercury 2 stroke outboardCarries up to 10 people40 knot top speedVHF fixed radioWill have depth sounder and chart plotter for this seasonI currently own the boat and am looking to sell shares in the boat, up to an equity of 75%. I will retain 25% myself. The motivation for me is to raise some capital to enable me to buy a share in another boat as well. I have already got someone who it looks very likely will take 25%.The share agreement will be set up under a boat share legal framework for the protection of all. At any time you will be free to sell your share for whatever price you see fit. Owners will be entitled to the equivalent of 12 weeks usage per year, which allows a further 4 weeks for maintenance. The usage time will be spread across weekdays and weekends and across all seasons.Ongoing monthly costs will include storage/mooring, maintenance, oil and insurance. I envisage the monthly fee to be £50-£75 each for 1/4 share. The boat is currently stored at a self-storage facility in Plymouth and I normally launch from Saltash, where the slip is free of charge. I am looking to potentially move the boat to Mountbatten where it can be stored right next to the slip. If there was an appetite for a wet mooringsubject to everyone's agreement, this could be done. It would simply need to be reflected the monthly fee. There will be an annual AGM of owners to agree on various aspects of the agreement.Get yourself out on the water! £1,750 buys you 25%.Please feel free to call with any questions or message through eBay. My mobile is 07927 332334. I'm happy to accommodate a sea trial for those with serious interest. It's a great way to get yourself in the water without having to go to the expense of buying outright! Thanks for looking.Sam
