Welcome to my auction for my beloved Fairgreen , hull number 113 launched on 26th April 1978.She is a Leisure 23 SL built by Cobramold. She has served me well since I bought her last year and I have lived on her full time and sailed her every chance I can get. Sails beautifully . 5 birth , double from saloon dining table and port saloon single birth and either double or two single or double configuration in fore cabin. All with underneath storage .Comes with the following ; Deck equipment , Furlex Foresail, Mainsail and sail bag . All rigging , serviceable . Life ring and light water beacon . Swim LadderFore and aft anchors , chain and ropes Mast , fore and aft Nav lights Auto helm and ageing but working Garnin GPS with anchor drag alarm.NASA Depth Metre and alarm New main Perspex privacy windows and new seals. Mercury 6 outboard , long shaft on mounting arm. 1 x 20 litre plastic fuel tank one reserve 10 litre metal tank . Just serviced. 2 x 4.5kg gas bottles , full. 240 v shore power with hook up cable. With RCD fuse box.New. 1 x Solar Panel for 12v system charging . 1x 12v to 240 inverter .2 x 12v batteriesMarine VHF radio. Stainless detachable BBQ mounted on aft rail with spare charcoal tray! New hatch combing and Perspex alternative for additional light . Stainless sink with on board stainless steel water tank . 30 litres Double gas burner with grill. Jabsco sea toilet , new .One double and two single 240v socketsOne 12v Socket. ( phones etc) Three life jackets. 10 fenders . Boathook. Lots of maintenance/ tools stuff included . Fairgreen has been my home for over a year but I am now between Plymouth and Ireland and am about take a new job there and live in one of those house things .... She has served me well . She needs a cut and polish which I will try and sort before sale end when I return next Saturday for a week or two. And she has few scratches as you would expect for a 39 year old . But she is a very dry boat and I would not hesitate to sail her anywhere . Low realistic start price to reflect this , no reserve. Deposit via Paypal at auction end non negotiable . Cash or BACS transfer when I hand you over the keys! If you have lower feedback then me message me before you bid please !Currently she is in Yacht Haven Quay in Plymouth out of the water since 1st April this year (as in photos) . It costs 20.00 ish a week to store her there with excellent facilities .Yard storage will be payable after sale by new owners . (103.00 for lift back in water so you know).
